UMSOD での教育期間中、本学の学生は平均7500時間以上のコミュニティサービスを提供します。 多くのUMSODの学生クラブや組織は、メリーランド州全域のコミュニティ・パートナーとの奉仕活動に従事しています。

COVID-19パンデミックに関連したリスクを軽減するために、UMBは、すべての学生の活動、会議、および資金調達がバーチャルで行われることを強く推奨しています。

学生が直接ボランティア活動をすることは禁止されていませんが、直接の交流を伴わないボランティアプロジェクトは強く推奨されています。
地域社会のパートナーや機関のために物品を集める活動を組織するなど、バーチャルでボランティア活動をする機会は多くあります。

Process for Non-Educational or Non-Clinical Community Service Projects

UMSOD 学生クラブおよび組織は、教育または臨床的要素を含まないコミュニティサービスプロジェクトの企画に関心があり、UMBconnect上でUMSOD Virtual Community Service and Volunteering Applicationを完了する必要があります。 3204>

イベント終了後、Dean’s Award for Community Serviceのためにサービス時間を記録できるよう、学生課とSGA Community Service Chairの両方に完了証明を送付してください。

Process for UMSOD Students to View Total Service Hours

Student may contact either their respective class community service chairs and/or any student organization’s community service chair to see their current amount of community hours, which will count for Dean’s Award for Community Service.

If your community service project is educational or clinical in nature, please refer the UMSOD Student Community Service Protocol.
