1.Check or money orders can be dropped in the mailbox at the rear of Town Hall or mailed.
2.Check or credit/debit card payments can be completed online by the City’s webpage www.ourorangecity.com and select the tile title Waterbill.
3.Pay your water bill at the following link- https://www.drfrey.biz/11221/customerlog….
4.Pay-By-Phone at 800-272-9829 (requires your City utility account book and account number)
a.Select option #3, follow prompts
b.When prompted for jurisdiction code enter 1922
c.Enter account number, press #
